Service Schedule

Please note that your price is based on a 4-week month(48-weeks out of 52-weeks in a year). We take the last 2 weeks of the year for Christmas and new years. The 2 extra visits allow for weather, sick days and vacation.

Billing & Payment

Pool maintenance is billed monthly at a fixed rate. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, with payment due according to the invoice terms. Filter cleanings, equipment repairs, and other additional services are billed separately. We encourage automatic payments for convenience and timely billing. Past-due balances may result in service suspension following appropriate notice.

Additional Services & Charges

The following services are billed separately unless otherwise agreed:

  • Spring Chemical Rebalancing: Annual adjustment of conditioner, calcium, and alkalinity as needed. $65–$175, depending on chemical requirements. Billed separately.

  • Filter Cleaning: Starting at $195, typically twice annually.

  • Service Calls: Starting at $175 for additional visits or equipment diagnostics outside of regular visits.

  • Equipment Repairs: Parts, labor, replacements, and installations are billed separately.

  • Specialty Treatments: Green-pool recovery, excessive debris removal, and unusual chemical treatments are quoted as needed.

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool and equipment.

  • Secure pets when necessary.

Weather & Access

During heavy rain or unsafe conditions, service may be limited to chemical balancing and equipment checks.

Visits prevented by locked gates, unsecured pets, or inaccessible equipment may be considered attempted service visits.

Please notify us promptly if you believe a scheduled visit was missed.

Equipment & Repairs

Firehouse Pools will notify customers of equipment concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.

Minor repairs under $100 may be performed as needed. Repairs of $100 or more require homeowner approval before proceeding.

Preexisting equipment defects, inadequate circulation, and declined repairs may affect water quality and maintenance results.
